Tonya was great both buying our new house and selling our old house. We got an accepted offer on a new house on the first try! She was very thoughtful of what our offer should be based on other offers already being received. She walked us through the whole process and made us feel extremely comfortable. Tonya was amazing at helping us find our first home. We were nervous about the process but she helped us walk through each piece of the process. When we had issues with getting the bank to process things, she was assisting by talking with the bank directly as well.
